Application: | |
Interested clients are requested to collect prescribed form and submit to the corporate project office. Applicants are requested to furnish the application with all accurate information and proper documents along with the earnest money. Any incomplete or misleading information may be the cause of rejection. | |
Allotment: | |
Allotment shall be made on first-come-first-served basis. After the acceptance of the application, management will issue an allotment letter to the applicant. The allottee then will continue his/her installment according to the basis/mode of payment fixed by the management. | |
Special discount: | |
Discount will be given to the clients who will make full payment/several installments at a time. | |
Allotment transfer: | |
The applicant will not have the right to make any kind of transfer of his/her allotted flat to a third party until his / her full installment is completed. | |
The management’s right: | |
The company holds the right to accept or reject any application without showing any reason to it’s clients. It also reserves the right to make minor changes in both architectural and structural design of the project. | |
Cancellation of booking: | |
any client wishes to cancel his/her booking the money will be refunded after the selling of that apartment to a new client. For incidental charge an amount of 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand Taka) will be deducted from the deposited money. | |
Registration/transfer cost: | |
All the cost of non judicial stamp, registration fees, vat, income tax, documentation charges, transfer fees and legal fees related to the transfer shall be bored by the client. The authority will arrange the registration and transfer procedure. | |
Hand Over: | |
The construction is expected to be completed in all respect before 201 1 except any unavoidable situation arises which is beyond control of the company authority such as major natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, acts of Govt. Etc. Possession of the apartment shall be handed over only to those clients who have completed the installments/full payments. | |
Utility connections: | |
Connection fees of the utility, security deposits for water supply, electricity, gas and incidental costs are not included in the apartment price. Management will do all the formalities and also make payments to all the concerned authorities on behalf of the clients and the client will reimburse the amount on actual basis to the company. | |
Owners Welfare Association: | |
This association is to be formed by all the owners of the apartments for their welfare and co-operation. Every member of this association shall deposit TK.25,000/=(Twenty Five thousand Only) to the reserved fund. |
